In 1976 Dr. Chase earned a BS in biology and in 1979 a DDS from the University of the Pacific. Following a year of volunteer dentistry in Jamaica; Dr. Chase settled in Santa Rosa. Developing a practice that encompasses the latest in technology; Dr. Chase went on to teach at Santa Rosa Junior College for many years and continued helping in the development of the hygiene program and dental assisting program.

Dr. Chase enjoys working with a broad spectrum of patients in his practice. In addition to the family dental care, Dr. Chase has been named advising dentist for a number of Lifecare communities along with Memorial Hospital selecting Dr. Chase to represent the dental profession in the Oakmont Medical Suites.

Dr. Chase has pioneered the development and application of cosmetic imaging in cosmetic dental treatment. The implimentation of the latest in neuromuscular dental care has allowed Dr. Chase to be a valued author, lecturer, and instructor in his profession.

Along with his wife, Robbie, and two kids; Dr. Chase enjoys backpacking, horse trail riding, piano, and gardening. Helping with the schools, Rotary and other community groups Dr. Chase is committed to the best in dental care and education as well as community volunteerism.
