My name is Kaci and I was born and raised by the ocean in beautiful Fort Bragg, California. I moved to Sonoma County after graduating high school to pursue the dental field that I had taken interest to when I was very young. I graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016. I have devoted my time to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with my patients.
I consider the mouth to be incredibly important in systemic function and overall well-being. I am a member of the California Dental Hygienists’ association.
When I am not at the office I enjoy hiking, snowboarding and traveling with my boyfriend Brad. I also love cuddling up to my kitty, Oliver.
My name is Katherine. I am a Santa Rosa native. I love the dental field and feel so lucky to get to work with so many different patients and educate them about their oral health. My favorite part of work each day is interacting with patients.
If I’m not at work, you can usually find me on the sidelines of whatever sport is in season. My husband and I have four kids and love to attend their sporting events. I also love a good book, a cold Diet Coke and peanut butter M&Ms.
My name is Monica and I am a Dental Assistant. I finished the Dental Assistant program at Santa Rosa Junior College in 2021. I always love everything that has to do with the health field and I love working for Dr. Michael Rice’s office, all my colleagues are super friendly.

I love spending my free time camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and paddle boarding with friends, family and boyfriend Jesse. My favorite colors are pink and teal and I am always in the mood to eat a good burger!
Hi, I’m Haley. I am currently a student at Santa Rosa Junior College to get my degree in Natural Science and hope to get into their dental hygiene program soon. I am new to working in the dental field, but our team has made the transformation easy and fun. Working for Dr. Michael Rice is truly an honor, our team is like a family. Meeting new patients, hearing patients tell stories about themselves, and helping patients are just a few of the things I love about my job.
I enjoy camping, traveling to Texas and New Mexico, as well as spending time with family and friends. I am expecting my first child in October of 2022. I can’t wait to take him fishing and get him working at the family ranch.
Santa Rosa Dental takes pride in providing the best services possible to our patients. Take a moment to read how our patients rate our efforts.
"Kaci was very caring and professional. Every experience that I had with Dr. Rice and his staff was outstanding from the front office to the dental assistants working in the back. Your experience with him and his staff will be a positive one as I have had on each visit including the procedures. ”
I always appreciate the care with which I am treated for any sort of visit. Watching a BBC video on coral reefs while I had a large filling replaced made the experience much more palatable. I will continue to recommend Dr. Rice and the office staff to everyone.
