Food Guide Post Surgery 

Discover the best foods to eat after dental surgery to promote healing and reduce discomfort. Learn about the foods to avoid that can hinder your recovery process.

Nutritious Choices

Smoothies, cold soups, eggs and omelets, potatoes, fish, chicken and ground beef andOther cool liquid foods, such as fruit juices and nectars, pudding and Jell-O, milk and milkshakes.

Expert Guidance

During the first 24- 48 hours post surgery, you should stick to a cool liquid diet. do not drink through a straw or from a water bottle that requires suction, as this could put pressure on your implant site.

Healthy Healing

Avoid any hot foods or beverages and consume only cool liquids instead of warm foods. DO NOT smoke or drink alcoholic beverages for at least a few days post surgery
